(Received Jan. 25, 10.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Jan. 25. _ A Socialist newspaper states that it has been decided to send a representative of the militant Labour movement in Australia to Petrograd to participate in the negotiations affecting the, revolution and for peace.
