CURIOUS DEADLOCK.

IN CONNECTION WITH RESERVISTS.' PER PP.E3H ASSOCIATION. CHRISTCHURCH, Jan. 23. Difficulty has arisen in connection with two reservists’ charges. E. garden and Arthur Burrows! were found guilty yesterday of refusing to obey the commands of a superior officer and declining to submit to medical examination. The court-martial passed sentence, buv Colonel Chaffey cannot confirm it until .satisfied by the medical authorities that the are fit to undergo punishment.
