NEW HYMN OF HATE.

AMSTERDAM, Nov. 19. Tho Fatherland Paity's competition for a new hymn of hate for Germany produced 3000 entries. Most of the efforts were condemned on tho ground that they were not sufficiently patriotic. At Turin, before tho offensive against Italy began, German soldiers were incited by tho distribution of tho now hymn, which says:— “Sons of Germany, the great hour has come.
