MILITARY SERVICE BOARD.
NO MEN AVHO APPEAL. TO GO <TO CAMP BEFORE APRIL. PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Dec. 5. At tlie Military Service Board, Captain Baldwin, military representative, said: ‘T have just been in communication with the Defence Department, and they have informed me they are not anxious to have men sent to camp by the board before April next.” Captain Baldwin explained to the press that this virtually meant that, except whore the board thinks such a course is inadvisable, no man who comes, before the board will have to go to campfor at least five months.
