Radoslavoff, in the Sobranje said that Bulgaria was disposed to enter into peace negotiations, therefore he had responded to Lenin’s invitation. Bulgaria had obtained her object in the war, namely, the union of the Bulgarian race, including Macedonia and the Dobrudja. All the peace discussions would be based-on this-contention.
