A SECRET PASSAGE. , TO PRINCE BULOW’S VILLA. (Received August 9, 11.10 a.m.) ROME, August 8. The Government requisitioned the Aden Hotel, which was formerly Ger-man-owned, and has discovered a se • cret tunnel to the Villa Roses, Prince Bulow’s residence before the war. It is believed the tunnel enabled him to confer with neutrals who desired secrecy.
