COAL FAMINE IN SCANDINAVIA. (Received Fob. 13, 10.10 a.m.) COPENHAGEN, Fob. 12. The coal famine throughout Denmark is severe and the strictest economy is being enforced. Some cities have stopped supplies of gas and electricity. The situation is also acute in Norway, but it is anticipated that the first loads will arrive in spring from the Spitzbergen mines, .which contain five millions of tons. .
