CHINA AND THE WAR. HER PARTICIPATION PROBABLE. (ReceTveu Yob. 13, 10.25 a.m.) TOKIO, Feb. 12. It is announced that Japan will not endeavour to prevent China supporting the United States. The Peking correspondent of American _ papers says that China has been anxious to enter the war ever since its outbreak, but has been prevented owing to strong’ pressure from Japan.
