LIGHTHOUSES IN TROUBLE. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, Sept. 8. Three mon wore charged with breaches of the licensing laws. Two wore known as walking lighthouses and sold liquor to soldiers and others ou the streets. Each was fined £lO. The third offender, who acted as look-out man for sly grog premises, was fined £2O.
