BULGARIA ANGRY AT INVASION. AH the correspondents unite in pointing out that the British and French have done marvels by advancing on the Somme in face of the terrible opposition they have had to meet. ■ The Germans show their sense of the situation by abuse of the Allies’ methods. The people of Hungary are,very angry at the invasion of Transylvania. The explanation given by Count Tisza, who is practically dictator, that Roumania was not expected to be in a position to invade Hungary, is really cheering, as misconceptions of the sort are apt to lead to disaster.
