BAD LEG FOR 38 YEARS.

Poisoned Sores as Deep as a Pipe Bowl. Wonderful Zam-Buk Healing, A marvellous cure of 38-years-old poisoned leg sores is reported by Mr. Harry Devereux, of 4, Bishopsgate Street, Wickham, Newcastle, N.S.W., who' writes: “Thirty-eight years ago, while working in the Co-operative Mining Tunnel at Walisend, I knocked the skin off my ankle, and the brackish 1 water I was working in caused bloodpoison, which spread from the ankle to the knee. “Large ulcerated sores broke out on my leg, and some were so deep that I could hare got the bowl of a pipe-into them, “I was treated by a Walisend doctor, but without permanent benefit resulting. The places kept breaking out worse than ■ ever, and if I happened to knock my leg even fclightly bad ulcers would appear. In this miserable state I remained for several years. I tried all tho doctors I could go to, but they did not relievo me for long. I also used all the advertised ointments I could get during that period, which was long before Zam-Buk was brought into existence. However, it was only effort wasted for the pain was intolerable all the time. It was just as if someone were putting a rod-hot searing iron into the wounds.
