This has been brought about by the fact that imports have decreased. The Mayor on .Friday had to give orders for packing eases to he made to send away relief articles which have been supplied by patriotic donors. In tho past the drapers have supplied theso cases, but the importing firms cannot get all their goods sent from England now and the supply of spare eases has run out.
