MEETING IN WELLINGTON. err. rnr.ss association. WELLINGTON, -May 3. Tbe annual meeting of tho Wellington Chamber of Commerce elected Mr. James Macintosh president and Mr. H. W. Waterhouse vice-president. Tho chamber carried a resolution urging that a mail van bo attached to the night express train to Auckland instead of the afternoon train, to cope especially with parcels work.
