CITY COUNCIL PAVILION BURNED PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, Amy 4. The Dunedin City Council’s pavilion at St. Clair, built three years ago, was completely destroyed by fire at 3 o’clock this morning. The total insurances were £3320. The fire means a heavy loss to tile corporation. A Belgium carnival had been held there, and wan concluded last night.
