(1) The Government are paying prices according to the schedule is- ■ sued ’in our circular No. 25 dated 10th March, 1915. (2) These prices are f.o.b.—free on board—ocean steamer New Zealand ports. ‘ \ ■ (3) The Government pay for the meat when it is shipped—not before. Owing to the shortage of steamers some meat may bo in store for many weeks. _ _ (4) The Government are not touching hides, skins, pelts or wool.'
