NEW ARRANGEMENT BY GOVERNMENT. PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION WEL.LINGTpN. April 30. Mr. Massey states Unit ii has boon arranged that the High Couviulssioiier shall ho a member of what known a:s tlie Tonnage Committee of the Board of Trade, London, to look after New Zealand interests in the matter of shipping and insulated space. The Board of Trade has also consented to a representative of the New Zealand UovernTuont acting on the shipping committee in New Zealand. It is hoped by this means that* friction will tx' nvoided and more satisfaction given to the interests of the producers and those immediately concerned in the shipment of produce from the Dominion'.
