REPORTED DISSENSIONS. BETWEEN GERMAN AND AUSTRIAN GENERALS. PETROGEAD, April 29. It is reported that. General von Hindenbcrg and the Archduke Frederick of Austria have quarrelled because the former demanded that the Austrian troops be sent to East Prussia, when the Archduke Frederick wanted them to relievo Przeniysl. They are again quarrelling with reference to Cracow. dhe Gormans declare that Cracow is vital to Germany’s offensive, and demand that civilians bo removed from certrnn suburbs and that they bo razed for military purposes. The Archduke Frederick resists this measure, fearing a Polish rising. , Official.—The enemy is intensely active on the Upper Nibmon, also on the west of Nicmen and north of Narew, west of Mlawa railway.
