PARISHIONER'S ANNUAL MEETING. The* un nun I meeting of parishioners of limy Trinity Clmrcli, Te Henni, was held in the Sunday Schoolroom on Wednesday night, Lwonty-two parishioners being present. After some discussion, it was unanimously resolved '•That this meeting of parishioners of Te Henni approves of and accepts the proposals made by the parishioners of St. Mari’s with a view to the forma lion of a separate parochial district of Te Henni and Hell Block, and rH-oiimiciuis that the Auckland Diocesan Synod should ho asked at the next session to amend the present boundaries ol St. Mary's Parish, and to establish a new parochial district ol Te Jlenui and Hell Block.”

It was also resolved: —“That this meeting desires to place on record us appreciation of the kindly and considerate spirit shown by the parishioners and vestry of St. Mary's Parish, and to express thankfulness for the generous financial assistance guaranteed in the event of a separate parochial district for To llenni and Hell Illock being COUsUtutod.”
