CRITICISM OF ENGLISH RACING. 5Y ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.—COPYRIGHT. (Received July 8, 8.50 a.m.) LONDON, July 7. Tho Sportsman says tho results at Henley show that something is lacking in English rowing. The crows do not train sufficiently, and their style can apparently be improved. English oarsmen swing too far back and neglect the hands and wrists, and their recovery is unsteady.
