AT THE BREAKWATER. In connection with the Regatta, the much-talked-of Yacht Race for £-0 a-side "between Mr. Connett s boat “Fiy” and Mr. R. Cock’s ■•Hildahelle' will take place. The course will be <- miles—from the Breakwater to a point opposite East End beach, and will be run under the control of the Regatta Committee.
