Sneddon 54, Wil-son-66, Taylor not out 44). Eden made 194 (Alexander 34, A. Horspool 30, Punch 50) against Waitemata’s 50 for four wickets. Grafton made 219 (Horspool 120, H. Willis 29) . against North Shore’s 69 |or four wickets (Dacre not ont 50). University mado 257 (Airoy 101, Player 34) against Parnell’s 57 for no wickets (Anthony 35, Moore 25). Unless Ponsonhy gets a three-point win Eden A will win the championship.

WELLINGTON. March 15. The semi-finals of the cricket championships were advanced another stage on Saturday. Central beat Pctoue. but the latter still leads on points and will meet'North in the final.
