A MARRIAGE PROBLEM.

COURT REFUSES SOLUTION. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH —COPYRIGHT. (Received Feb. 17, 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Feb. 16. The Mecklenburg-Sohworin divorce petition has boon dismissed. The Courtdecided that it had no jurisdiction. [The Countess de Grasquet (neo James) sued Duke Borwin of. Meckion-burg-Schwerin for restitution of conjugal rights. Tho Countess is the American widow of a French count, and married the Duke, who is a cousin of the reigning Archduke, at tho Dover Registry Office in 1931. A religious ceremony was performed in Franco two months 'later, but tiro High Court of Mecklenburg annulled tho marriage on the ground that tho Duke had married without lus guardians’ consent. The Countess, therefore, is not his wife in Germany, and asks tho court to define her position in England.]
