Before a meeting of the Executive Council in Wellington on hlonday, the Governor held an investiture and presented Sir. Henry Otterson/clerk of the House of Representatives, with the insignia of the Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George, and Mr. G. F. Andrews, secretary to the Cabinet and clerk to tho Executive Council, with the insignia of the Companion of the Imperial Service Order.
