Frederick Henry Stephens was found dead in a paddoc'k at West Adelaide, at two o’clock on Sunday morning, with three bloodstained bottles alongside him. A woman who had, been seen in his company has been detained. She says sho does not remember tho occurrence. DISLOYAL MAYOR BOYCOTTED. (Received September 15, 9.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September IS.
