It has not extended yet, though it is reported that it has boon threatened to apply it to tho Ulimaroa, arriving from New Zealand to-morrow. AN UNEXPLAINED MURDER. (Received September 15, 9.40 a.m.) ADELAIDE, September 15. Frederick Henry Stephens was found dead in a paddoc'k at West Adelaide, at two o’clock on Sunday morning, with three bloodstained bottles alongside him. A woman who had, been seen in his company has been detained. She says sho does not remember tho occurrence. DISLOYAL MAYOR BOYCOTTED. (Received September 15, 9.40 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September IS. The Richmond honorary magistrates passed a resolution that in view of tho disloyal ntteranco of tho Mayor, Mr. Webber, M.P., they would refuse to occupy tho bench with him.
