CHINA AND JAPAN.
A JAPANESE ULTIMATUM. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. COPYRIGHT. (Received Sopt. 12, 2.50 p.m.) PEKING, Sept. 11. Japan has demanded an apology for insults at Hankow and Shantung and the murders at Nanking, also the punishment of the guilty and an indemnity to bo fixed later. Sho added that unless China complied immediately Japan will take whatever action she might deem necessary.
