AUCKLAND SITTING. PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. AUCKLAND, Sept. 12. . At the Supreme Court, a decree nisi was granted on the petition of Florence Emily-Gross v. AVestein Gross for misconduct, evidence being given that the respondent had been living with an unmarried woman named Wilson.
