WELL IN HAND, PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. WELLINGTON, July 17. Dr. Vnlintino reports that the ground is pretty well covered by public, vaccination and that tho outbreak in the north is well in hand. ANOTHER AUCKLAND CASE. AUCKLAND, July 17. A factory employee working in Auckland was removed to the isolation hospital this morning, making 28 cases there.
