INCREASE OF CAPITAL. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH.---COPYRIGHT. SYDNEY, July 16. A special meeting of shareholders of the Colonial Sugar Refining Co. decided to increase the capital from three to four million pounds, by issuing fifty thousand now £2O shares. Before the resolution is acted upon another special meeting is required to confirm it.
