ARMS FOR PORTUGAL.
VESSEL ASHORE IN BELGIUM. BY ELECTRIC TELEGRAPH. —COPYRIGHT. BRUSSELS, July 14. _ A ship laden with arms and ammunition and half a million marks in cash, intended to bo utilised for the restoration of the monarchy in Portugal, is ashore on the Belgian coast. Hie Duchess Carl of Bavaria, mother of the Queen of the Belgians, is the consignor and has demanded the surrender of the arms and money. The King of the Belgians, under international maritime law, has refused the demand.
