CONTINUED WET WEATHER. FARMERS IN DIFFICULTIES. , By Electric Telegraph.—-Copyrnghl. SYDNEY, June 30. A strong south-east gale and rough seas are prevailing. There was a downpour in the city this afternoon, one of the heaviest over experienced. The streets were transformed into rivers and low-lying areas wore flooded. Record falls occurred in the South Coast districts. There were eleven indies of ram at Begs, and the rivers are flooding. IVill', occasional breaks, there has been wet weather since Easter. The fanners are despondent, and are unable to work the land. The roads everywhere are in a deplorable condition.
