WHITEHEAD.—In loving memory of George Ingersoll. beloved son of Amy and Fredrick /Whitehead,, who departed this life July I, Kl2, , aged 24 years. It is just twelve months to-day Since with aching heart wo stood Around our darling brother’s bed, To save him if wo could. W r e did our best to keep him, But it proved all in vain ; For at eight o’clock that evening God eased him of his pain. Friends may think w r e have forgotten. When at times they see us smile; They little know the aching heart That smile hides all the while. —lnserted by his sorrowing parents, brothers, and sisters.
