ANOTHER BREAKDOWN, By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. SYDNEY, June 26. News has been received that tho warship Torch, which recently sailed for tho Islands, _af tor being overhauled at Sydney, arrived at Noumea with her boilers' in a defective condition. It transpires that tho hurried departure of H.JVI.S. Pyramus from New Zealand was due to her being ordered to Noumea for tho purpose of assisting in tho repairs to the Torch and inquiring into the cause of tho breakdown.
