Bates’ forecast for the twenty-four hours from ( J a.m. today is as follows: The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but southerly moderate winds, and veering by E. to N. There is a prospect of fair weather. The night will probably be very cold, with frosts inland.. Barometer little movement. Tides good, sea moderate. Tides and sea decreasing.
