SETTLEMENT OF BOUNDARIES. DEMANDS OF BULGARINA. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, April 13. It is stated, in reference to M. Daneff’s. speech, that the treaty with Scrvm is precise, and provides that the Czar shall act as arbitrator in the event of differences over a settlement. The treaty with Greece was practically concluded hurriedly, and did not provide for an arbitrator. Nevertheless the delimitation can be based tolerably accurately on the number of troops employed and the sacrifices of life and treasure. Servia’s dispute with Bulgaria concerns the districts of Perlopc, Votes, Ochrida and Monastic, at present in Servia’s occupation, but, according to the Balkan Alliance Treaty, they belong to Bulgaria. SOFIA, April 14. M. Popoff, Director of Statistics, claims that Salonika is essentially Bulgarian. If given to Greece it would only compete with the harbour at the Piraeus, ,and Salonika would be dangerous to the national industries of all the Balkan States. BELGRADE, April 13. It is scmi-officially announced that in the Consul’s presence a post mortem on Father Angelins showed that he was killed by a rifle shot from a distance. There is no trace of the bayonet wounds which the Austrian press alleged were inflicted. Father Angelins was arrested for inciting to rebellion. Ho attempted 1 to escape, and was shot after being three times summoned to stop. VIENNA, April 13.
