The Liberal Association Couicrence rejected a motion tliat a referendum bo taken at the next general elections regarding the introduction of the totahsator. It approved of a motion that tho Liberal farty should introduce legislation providing for advances of money at a low rate of interest on approved freehold security to the people, enabling thorn to build their own homes in any part of the State.
