A FIND IN PAPUA. By F.lectri ,■ Telegraph.—Copyright (Received April 20, 10.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, April 20. The Defence Department has received a proposal from Papua to establish a national petroleum refinery. Mr. Pearce states that ho has received optimistic reports, and he is hopeful that a rich find has been made.
