COURT OF APPEAL.
A CASE POSTPONED. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 18. At the conclusion of Mr. Richmond’s address in the King v. the Auckland Electric Tram Company case, heard in the Appeal Court, tne Bench intimated that the further hearing would be adjourned till Monday, when they will decide whether they desire to hear respondents. To-morrow the cases of Rex v. Hassell and Campbell and Rex v. O’Shanghnessy will be heard.
