The Daily News says the election in Turkey shows that instead of a Liberal policy there has been a steady Ottomanising' of tho Empire, and unless the Young Turks fulfil their pledges nothing will save Turkey from disaster and Europe from grave peril. Out of one hundred results announced,.only four Oppositionists have been elected.
