The following team will represent the Waitara. Cricket Club v. Tikorangi, on Thursday:—-Seniors at Waitara at 1-45 p.m. sharp: Skelton (3), Purdie, Eggleston, Somerville, Smaill, Hawkins, Harrison, A. Lash, Andrews. Juniors at Tikorangi, at 2 p.m.: E. Knight, R. Sampson, Crowley, Cudby, O’Halloran, Callender, Drake, E. Jones, F. Proctor, Fairburn, W. Lash. CRICKET ELSEWHERE. The final match for the senior grade cricket championship, between Grafton and Parnell, who tied at the end of what was to have been the final round, was started on Saturday at Auckland at Eden Park. Grafton won the teas, and went in to bat on a wicket which was slow, but with one end faster than the other. They collapsed disastrously, tlie whole side being dismissed for 85 runs, the bowling of Olliff and Kerr being too deadly. Olliff took seven wickets for 16 runs, and Kerr three for 14. Fryer, who scored 19, was the only batsman who adopted the proper tactics of going out to Olliff s howling. When stumps were drawn. Parnell had scored 101 for four wickets (Anthony 45 not out). *
