Sir,—About the time that the poll was taken to decide if St. Aubyn should be included in the borough it was alleged by one of those strongly opposed to the movement that Kitzroy ratepayers would have to pay more in rates than under the town district’s regime. He instanced two names. Being desirous of ascertaining the truth, I sought out the information, with the following result;
