UNDER TRYING CONDITIONS. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received April 15, 10.0 a.m.) BERNE, April 14. While a Swiss family were boating on Lake Constance tho boat founded. Tho father swam ashore with his daughter, leaving his three young boys clinging to the boat. The boys approved of their father’s choice that their sister should be saved first. All tho boys were drowned before the father swam back.
