A meeting of those interested in th« strengthening of the Territorial movemciit by the inclusion of honorary ‘mombers was held rn the Town HaiTto-night. About fifty were present, including some half-dozen ladifjo and. a number of prominent citizens. The Mayor presided and Mr. J. F. M. Eraser explained the scheme. On the motion of Mr. J. H. Hoskiug, E.C., it wan decided heartily to approve of the suggestion that civilians' should be the privilege of becoming honorary members of the Territorial forces and to pledge support to any organisation for the creating of such members that the authorities see fit to ■ approve. present formed themselves into a committee to forward .the movement, i :
