(Received April 13, 10 a.m.) LONDON, April 12. Tile New Zealand Shipping Company has declared an interim dividend of 8s per share. THE WHITE PLAGUE. (Received April 13, 11.15 a.m.) ROME, April 12. The- International Tuberculosis Conference has opened. Thirty-three countries are represented. M. STOLYPIN’S DEATH. (Received April 13, 11.15 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, April 12. The report of the inquiry into M. Stolypin’s death was submitted to the Czar, and contains a damning indictment against General Kurloff and Colonels Spridovitch, Kubliako, and Verigin, leaders of the secret police. Many thousands of pounds of the secret service fund have been misappropriated, wherewith Kurloff was charged. Investigations revealed that Bogroff joined the secret police while a member of the revolutionary circle and sold the circle’s secrets. The report docs not specifically charge the leaders with complicity in the murder, hut their relations with Bogroff are sinister.

A TAXI-CAB ’WRECKED

(Received April 13, 11.15 a.m.) PARIS, April 12. A (taxi-cab was demolished in a street by an infernal machine. The chaffeur and a passer-by were injured. It is believed to have boon the work of Anarchist strikers. A TRAGIC OCCURRENCE. (Received April 13, 11.15 a.m.) LONDON, April 12. Henry was found in his residence at Leominster, shot in the head. He is in a critical condition. His wife was found dead, with her throat ciit. [Henry was the man, who fired a revolver, on February 25, in the House of Commons. He gave as his reason that the Government was suppressing Tolstoi’s teaching of the Messiah. At the trial ho pleaded overwork and insanity, and was bound over to keep the peace.]
