HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 12. Following is the High Commissioner’s jeablegram under date London April 11; “The second series of wool sales has commenced. There is a large attendance of buyers, who show a disposition to operate very freely. The American demand is chiefly for light-conditioned coarse. The market is firm for all descriptions at January rates, and prospects are favourable; 120,300 bales of New Zealand wool are available.
