INCIDENT ON HER VOYAGE. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. (Received Deo. 19, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 18. The lonic reports that on rounding Cape Horn, Airs. Kate Hare, a widow of New Zealand, in a sudden frenzy, flung her mother, Airs. Herdman, to the dock, and vaulted overboard. .Her skirts kept Airs. Hare afloat until the lifeboat rescued her, but she died af-, terwards.
