Tho Daily Mail’s Delhi correspondent states that the Gaekwar of Baroda, after a single bow, turned his back on their Majesties with a smile of wdlieh the intention was unmistakable. The Times’ correspondent declares that the Gaekwar has variously shown a tendency to disregard the dutica- vimposed by the relations of Baroda to thosnpreme Government. Many Indian extremists came from Baroda, even Borne of those employed in the Gaekwar’s household, while the extremist press has studiously excepted him from their scurrilous attacks on the other princes.
