Those relating especially to the ogg circle are appended:— Rulo 2.—-The seal of the egg circle shall be in the form of a circle, with Mount Eqmont in the centre, with the words “Taranaki Egg Circle” both around and inside the circle. Rulo 6.-—A deduction of ono halfpenny per dozen egg* rdiall bo made on ail eggs supplied, to provide working capital. Rule 10.—Tho committee shall at i each monthly meeting fix the amount to be paid out to members per month j per dozen eggs, and make payment on | the third Friday of the month, with a j statement showing the number of eggs received, amount per dozen paid out, I and reduction?: made, if any. Rule 14.—When notified by the secretary that he has been elected, a member shall pay an entrance fee of 7.s Gd. Rule 15.—Each member shall purchase an egg stamp, the number on which shall correspond with the number of membership. Those stamps Miall be returnable to tho secretary when censing to he r. member of the circle. Rule 20. —The circle being co-opcrn-tive, profits shall be divided pro rata to tho number of eggs supplied annually. Rule 22.—Each member shall agree to deliver all eggs for consumption to be marketed by the circle, and shall also stamp the eggs on tho broad end, delivering them at the depot twice a week in the summer and once a week in the winter. Rule 23.—A1l eggs imiot be delivered at the depot in orates approved of by the committee. Rule 24. —Badly shaped, dirty, stale, cracked. or undersized eggs may be refused nt any time. Such eggs shall be paid for at a price to be derided on by the committee. Rule 25. —All eggs sold bv tho circle being guaranteed, any found to ho faulty or unfit tor consumption being returned to the circle depot, no payment shall bo made on such eggs, and the

member who supplied them shall be fined 6d per dozen, and, if already pave for, tho amount shall be deducted from next n,onthl\ payment. of this offence, as in the preceding rule, shall be deemed mi unfair practice, and shall come under the succeeding rule. Rule 27. —Jt shall be in tho power of the committee to suspend any member detected in any unfair practice, in connection with t!ie work of the circle, or in any infringement of the*© regulations, for such period as the commute© may think proper, or for any such unfair practice, or infringement of a serious character, to expel him from the circle. Contract* now being delivered by members will he respected by the circle, hut when the contract come© to an end no fresh contract can he made except through the circle. A special general meeting of the Taranaki Egg Circle will be called for the second Thursday in January, at 5 o’clock p.m.
