Tho Rev. D. C. Bates’ forecast for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. to-day is as follows. Westerly moderate to strong winds, squally at times, and winds freshening ami backing after 36 hours; hazy and cloudy at times; glass rise slowly, but glass'fall after 36 hours, and expect unsettled and cloudy weather early next week; tides good, sea considerable.
