TARANAKI PETROLEUM COMPANY.
ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Taranaki Petroleum Company held this afternoon, the annual report and balance sheet as already published was approved. Messrs. C. E. Bellringer and H. Okcy, the retiring directors, were reelected. Messrs. H. Baily and C. T. Mills were re-elected auditors at a remuneration of £l2 12s each. The directors were voted an honorarium of £250 for their services during the past year.
