WEDDING.

BE ANCH ETT—B L ACK. A very pretty wedding was celebrated at the SVukclcy Church on Wednesday, the contracting parties being Miss Mildred Black, eldest daughter of Mr. and -Mrs. Alex. Black, o! .Stratford, and Mr. Lewis J. Blanehoit, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. T. B. Blanclie.tt, of Pretoria Lodge, Vogeltown.. Tho bride, who was given away; by her father, was charmingly attired in a rich white silk dress prettily trimmed with silk insertion. She wore the orthodox veil and wreath of orange blossom, and carried a bouquet of water lilies, roses, and maidenhair fern. The bridesmaids were Miss Annie Sole and Miss Mary Blnnchott. They looked very pretty in dainty* pink voile frocks trimmed with grey and pink silk, with hats -to match, and they canted bouquets of pink roses, made by Miss Collis. Tho bridegroom’s gift to the bride was a gold ring set with opals, and to the bridesmaids. Miss Sole a gold bracelet and Miss BlanchoU a gold pendant. The bride’s present to the groom was a travelling bag. Mr. X. Blade, brother of the bride, was best man. ami Mr. K. Maunder was groomsman. The church had boon prettily decorated for the occasion by friends of the bride. The Bov. .1. W. Burton was the officiating minister. The. service was fully choral, the choir being in attendance and Mr. H. "White prc'siding at the organ.
